Which means that there is always going to be a demand for highly motivated individuals who can in turn bring out the best in others. Especially if they have a nationally recognised qualification to underpin and endorse their natural leadership qualities.
Obviously, starting salaries can vary between economic sectors, but a typical supervisory starting salary range outside the London area is £16,000 - £20,000, rising to between £22,000 - £30,000 when they are fully qualified and have the necessary experience.
