This course is intended to ensure students are familiar with the format, content, structure and application of the IEE Wiring Regulations 16th Edition and On-Site Guide. It will provide all the underpinning knowledge needed to take the City & Guilds 2381 exam. |

| External Exam Information: |
The City & Guilds 2381 exam, is composed of 60 multiple choice questions, over 2 hours duration. It is tested by means of GOLA, which stands for Global Online Assessment. When students are ready for the C&G 2381 exam, ICS will set up the exam for you at your nearest testing centre. Centres are situated in: 1. London (Islington) 2. Chesterfield, 2. Newcastle, 3. Coleg Powys (Wales) and 4. Glasgow and 5. Inverness. Exam times and dates differ from centre to centre but are usually three times a year, in the first week of Feb, June and Oct. More testing centres are being added and will be offered to students when they are ready to sit the exam. This info is detailed in the last study unit. |

There is an additional payment of £34 for sitting the City & Guilds exam. (Called the 2381 exam and payment is due at end of last study period) |
